ORDERS & SHIPPING

Does KHULYO offer international shipping? Yes — we ship to selected countries across the Middle East and Europe, with complimentary shipping on every order. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, contact us at support@khulyo.com before placing your order and we will confirm availability for you.

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–5 business days from dispatch. International customs and clearance procedures may occasionally extend this timeframe.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is completely free on all orders — no minimums, no exceptions.

Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to be activated in the carrier's system.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us at support@khulyo.com to initiate your return and our team will guide you through the process.

Who covers the return shipping cost? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or does not match its description — in which case KHULYO covers all costs in full.

Can I exchange an item? Yes. We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for a different size or colour. A small flat shipping fee applies, which our team will confirm based on your location. Contact us at support@khulyo.com with your order details to get started.

Can I return an item purchased with a promo code or gift card? Unfortunately, items purchased using a promotional code or gift card are not eligible for return or refund.

PRODUCT & SIZING

How do I know which size to order? Each product page includes a Size Guide with detailed measurements. We also provide the model's measurements for reference so you can make the most informed choice.

What materials are used in KHULYO products? KHULYO garments are crafted from premium heavyweight 100% cotton, selected for their superior feel, structure, and durability. Full fabric details are listed on each individual product page.
