DELIVERY TIMEFRAME Orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days. Please note that international customs and clearance procedures may occasionally extend this timeframe beyond our control.

WHERE WE SHIP We currently ship to selected countries across the Middle East and Europe. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please reach out to us before placing your order and we will confirm availability for you.

ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to be activated in the carrier's system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and no tracking update is available, our support team is ready to assist immediately.
