Returns & Refunds

At KHULYO, every purchase is backed by our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to make it right.


RETURN WINDOW You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives so any issues can be addressed promptly.


RETURN CONDITIONS To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are missing original tags will not be accepted.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN Contact our support team at support@khulyo.com to initiate your return request. Once approved, we will provide you with full instructions and the designated return address. Please note that items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or does not match its description — in which case KHULYO will cover all associated costs in full.


DAMAGES & INCORRECT ITEMS If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at support@khulyo.com with a photo of the item. We will resolve the matter promptly at no cost to you.


EXCHANGES We want you to love what you wear. If you need a different size or colour, we are happy to arrange an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us at support@khulyo.com with your order details and the item you would like instead. Once your return is approved and received, your replacement will be dispatched to you for a small flat shipping fee. Our team will confirm the exact amount based on your location at the time of your request.


REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the transaction.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Items purchased using a promotional code or gift card are not eligible for return or refund.
